IYRS 2026 is designed as a hybrid event, offering flexibility and accessibility
In-Person Participation
Engage directly at the BCFCC with live presentations, interactive workshops, the Knowledge Fair, and dedicated networking zones.
Virtual Participation:
Access live streams of keynotes and selected sessions, participate in virtual Q&A, and connect with other attendees and presenters through our dedicated online platform.

Visa Information (For International In-Person Attendees)
International attendees requiring a visa to enter Bangladesh are advised to apply well in advance
Upon request, IYRS 2026 can provide an official Letter of Invitation to support your visa application.
Please allow sufficient time for visa processing. For more details on visa requirements, we recommend visiting the official website of the Embassy of Bangladesh in your country or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh.

Dhaka offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit various budgets, from luxury hotels to more economical guesthouses.

Travel & Transportation (For In-Person Attendees)
Airport:Â Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (DAC) is the main international airport serving Dhaka.
Getting to BCFCC:Â Information on local transportation options (taxis, ride-sharing services, public transport) from the airport and around Dhaka to the BCFCC will be provided closer to the event.
